Expo / Welcome Reception
Tuesday, May 30: 5:30pm – 7:30pm
The Welcome Reception will take place inside the Expo. It will remain open daily during the conference. Stop by and visit our sponsor booths to maximize your Adaptive Insights products. Inside the Expo you will also find the Tips and Tricks Theater along with Adaptive Suite experts to help make the most out of your Adaptive Insights investment. Most meals and breaks will be served inside the Expo Hall, located in the GoldenGate Ballroom.

After a full day of jam packed content let your hair down at the Adaptive Live Gala at one of San Francisco’s newest party venues, The Village. Flow through three different levels of activations with special hand-crafted theme cocktails, from the easy whiskey basement lounge, up to the powerful dance party and fast pop-up experiences on the top floor. The Gala will be at The Village: 969 Market Street. Ambassadors will escort groups the short two–block walk down Mason Street towards Market Street to arrive at The Village.
Hosted Lunch Tables / Birds of a Feather Lunch

Hosted by Adaptive Insights the Birds of a Feather lunch is the place to facilitate conversations about what is top of mind for you and others in your industry. Tables will be set up by the following 5 industry: Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Software, Nonprofit Organizations. A moderator will assist in facilitating conversations. Don’t be shy. Grab your lunch, a seat and start talking!
Start each day with keynote addresses from Adaptive Insights executive team and special guest speakers to hear the latest in finance, product feature announcements, and innovation stories from customers. The keynote room is located in the Continental Ballroom

Tips and Tricks Theater
Stop by the Tips and Tricks Theater located inside the Expo in the GoldenGate Ballroom and learn about best practices, simple solutions, and slick shortcuts in the Adaptive Insights Suite, such as utilizing new formula syntax and expert techniques for developing your model. Adaptive experts will highlight new functionality, demonstrate quick tips, and show how to solve some of the most frequently asked questions from users. Make sure to catch these live 15-minute “flash” sessions to learn new ways to more effectively manage your instance!

Don’t miss the annual Torchie Awards to be held during the keynote on Thursday, June 1 when winners join Adaptive Insights Founder, Rob Hull on stage as we recognize the success of Adaptive Insights’ customers.
These special 1:1 meetings with one of our Wizards are designed for you to ask specific questions about your models or receive personalized advice on how to optimize your model. You can even learn how to model parts of your budget or planning process or how to configure your system. Our Wizards are experts on models, financial modeling, and all parts of Adaptive Insights. Sessions are 30 minutes and are available to registered attendees on a first-come, first-served basis starting in March. An email will be sent to registered attendees with instructions on how to sign up. We limit Wizard meetings to one session per organization and no more than three people per session.
