Cancellations received on or before April 21, 2017, are eligible for a 50% refund of the original registration fee. No refund will be issued for any cancellations made after this date.
The deadline for substitutions is May 1, 2017. A $50 fee will be assessed for any substitutions made after this date.
To cancel or substitute your conference registration, you must email the registration team at AdaptiveLive2017@evolutionaryevents.com using the confirmation number, registered attendee name, and email address that were initially used to register. A confirmation or cancellation email will be sent to the email address used during the registration process.
You must present a valid photo ID and business card to retrieve your badge at the event. Adaptive Insights reserves the right to deny admittance to anyone who has registered under false pretenses (e.g., companies or attendee names that do not exist) and to retain the conference registration fee for these registrations. Adaptive Insights reserves the right to refuse registration and admission to any individual, at its sole discretion. Conference attendees will be required to wear conference name badges at all times. Lost badges are subject to a $50 reprinting fee.
Adaptive Live takes place at the San Francisco Hilton, Union Square Hotel in San Francisco. The hotel is located at 333 O’Farrel Street, San Francisco CA, 94102 and is only 13 miles from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and 13 miles from Metropolitan Oakland International Airport (OAK).
Cab rides from both airports vary from $45 to $60 each way. Uber and Lyft can pick up at both airports. From Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) trains exit the Powell Street Station.
Room blocks have been secured at the host hotel, Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel. To receive special pricing, you must make your reservation through the registration system.
Two room types are available to book through the registration system.
Classic Room $279+ per night
A great value, this 300-square-foot room is located on a mid-level floor with easy access to hotel amenities. The room includes a study desk, ergonomic chair, and convenient amenities to meet working and leisure needs.
Urban Contemporary Room $299+ per night
This room features an ultra-modern design in a quieter space, with privacy to work or relax. A study desk, ergonomic chair, refrigerator, and convenient room amenities are included to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Hotel Guarantee Policy
You must use a credit card to book a hotel reservation. If you use a debit/credit card to check in, the hotel may place a hold on your card account for the full anticipated amount that it estimates you will owe, including estimated incidentals, through your checkout date. This hold may not be released for 72 hours or more after your checkout date at the discretion of your card issuer.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
To modify or edit your hotel reservation prior to March 31, 2017 contact the Adaptive Live Registration Team. Starting April 1, 2017, contact the hotel directly if you need to cancel or modify your reservation no less than two days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties.
At check-in, the front desk will verify your checkout date. The rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, the price is subject to change.
Advance your Adaptive Insights product knowledge by taking advantage of training sessions during Adaptive Live. Courses are available to registered attendees to add on during the registration process. Choose from full- and half-day sessions the afternoon of Thursday, June 1, or all day on Friday, June 2, 2017. All levels are welcome.
Fee includes session, training materials, food, and beverages. Rooms will be set up with wireless internet availability and power. BRING YOUR LAPTOP. A laptop with wireless internet connectivity and a web browser is required to attend. We do not provide computer hardware for training sessions.
